- **Cairo & Alexandria**: Orders are delivered within **3-4 business days**.
- **Other Governorates**: Delivery may take up to **5-7 business days**, depending on the location.

**Exchange & Return Policy**
At Neper, your satisfaction is our priority! We offer an easy and hassle-free size exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit.
- Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit, you can easily exchange it for the correct size.
- Package Inspection: You can check the item upon delivery before making the payment.
- If you’re not satisfied, simply return it on the spot with a small return shipment fee applied.
Important: Once the package is accepted and paid for, exchanges and returns are no longer possible.
